Half a Century of History
Macelleria Grizzo has a humble beginning as a small butcher shop managed by Mr. Alcide Grizzo.
Growing up, son Sergio learned all the secrets of the trade from his father. Several years later, in 1973, Sergio opened his first family butcher shop with the support of his wife Bianca, right in Roveredo in Piano.
As the years went by, the business grew and diversified. Now, Laura and Luca - the third generation - have taken on the professional legacy from their father, Sergio, managing the company with the same passion for this ancient family trade.
The small shop Sergio opened in 1973 turned into what Macelleria Grizzo in Roveredo in Piano is today: a store and a laboratory where you can find the best meats, exquisite cured meats, and a well-stocked deli department.
